Who will do my lashes?
Desiree does. Your appointment at Central Oasis is with her, the lash and brow artist in Northeast Portland. She works from her own menu on Square, each service described in her words: lash extensions, lifts, tints and lash baths, and brow lamination, tinting, shaping and waxing. She sees clients by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm. She fills sets done at other studios and can see the close-ups you send before your visit. Change or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee may apply. Her work is just below.
