What does brow lamination do, and what doesn't it?
What it does
Lamination sets your brow hairs to sit up and across, so the brow you already have looks fuller and fluffier. The tint is optional and included in the price; skip it if you love your color.
Who it suits
Hairs that point down, cross over or won't stay where you brush them, and anyone tired of brow gel. You brush them into place each morning, and a drop of brow oil keeps laminated hairs soft.
What it won't do
It doesn't add hair or reshape the outline. For a cleaner arch and tail in the same visit, the lamination, shape and tint appointment adds shaping. Lamination resets the hairs with a chemical solution, so mention any past reaction before you book.

Prep and aftercare
How do I prepare for a brow lamination and tint?
- Come without brow makeup.
- Skip retinol, acids and exfoliating products on your brows for three to five days before; they make the skin more sensitive to lamination and tint.
- If you've reacted to lash or brow tint before, call or text Desiree and ask about a patch test 24 to 48 hours ahead.
- If you've ever reacted to hair dye, tell Desiree too: tints and hair dyes can share the same ingredient.
- Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in.
What aftercare does a brow lamination and tint need?
- Keep your brows dry for 24 to 48 hours: no makeup, sweat or steam.
- Brush your brows into place each morning; a drop of brow oil keeps laminated hairs soft.
- Lamination and tint often last several weeks; Desiree will tell you when to rebook.
