What do a brow tint and shape do?
Two jobs
The tint deepens the color of light or fine hairs, and shaping tidies the outline. Shaping takes in the start, the arch, the tail and the strays. No lamination, so your hairs keep their own direction.
Who it suits
Light hairs and an untidy outline, when the direction of your brows already behaves. If they point down or won't stay brushed up, the lamination appointments set that too.
Shaping for your face
Small changes in height read big: in a controlled image study the eyes looked tilted the same way as the brows. The right outline is the one that still looks like you.

Prep and aftercare
How do I prepare for a brow shape and tint?
- Come without brow makeup.
- If you can, skip tweezing or waxing your brows for about two weeks, so there is more to shape.
- Skip retinol, acids and exfoliating products on your brows for three to five days before; they make the skin more sensitive to tint and shaping.
- If you've reacted to lash or brow tint before, call or text Desiree and ask about a patch test 24 to 48 hours ahead.
- If you've ever reacted to hair dye, tell Desiree too: tints and hair dyes can share the same ingredient.
- Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in.
What aftercare does a brow shape and tint need?
- Keep your brows dry for 24 to 48 hours: no makeup, sweat or steam.
